Seasonal Dinner Made from Scratch

Dinner at The Leaf brings seasonal, made-from-scratch dining to the heart of downtown Wooster. Our dinner menu features shareable starters, fresh salads, burgers, steaks, seafood, pasta, and fresh vegetable dishes prepared with premium ingredients, including locally sourced meats whenever possible.

Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-friendly options are available throughout the menu. Dinner is served Monday through Saturday beginning at 5 p.m.

Join us for Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 4–6 p.m. and enjoy $2 off appetizers, specialty drinks and house wines, plus $1 off beer.

I expected this place to be your average small diner. Instead I discovered a really unique place with incredible food choices, a full bar with tons of cocktail choices. Went to The Leaf Restaurant and had the best freaking chicken sandwich and the fella got the BEST SMASH BURGER of his LIFE. I don't like horseradish and theirs goes so good with the truffle fries. As always, our food was amazing. So far we've had brunch and dinner here. It's got a really cute rustic interior design, it's warm and inviting. We particularly love the giant pretzel appetizer. I recommend the double smash burger personally. The lemonade and sweet tea tastes like it is freshly made. In general, the food tastes like they use high quality ingredients.   • Dinner service at The Leaf begins at 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday. From 4:00 to 5:00 PM, guests can enjoy a lighter happy hour menu before the full dinner menu kicks off, making it a great time to arrive early and settle in.

  • Reservations are not required, but they are recommended, especially for Friday and Saturday evenings. Online reservations are available for parties of up to six guests. For larger groups, please call 330-804-0126. The Leaf can accommodate parties of up to 10 guests as space allows.

  • The dinner menu features thoughtfully prepared dishes ranging from shareable starters and fresh salads to sandwiches and full entrees like steaks, seafood, and pasta. Many meats are sourced from local suppliers, reflecting a strong commitment to quality ingredients. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-friendly options are also available.

  • Yes. The dinner menu includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten-friendly options, which are identified with symbols throughout the menu. Please note that The Leaf is not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, so cross-contact may occur.
