SAMANTHA & JASON STINE // OUR OWNERS

Jason and Samantha Stine are no strangers to the restaurant industry as they own and operate GreenLeaf Restaurant and Drive In on the north side of Wooster. Jason grew up working at GreenLeaf and has been serving customers since he was 15 years old. His dedication and hard work are shown with the immense success of GreenLeaf over the last several decades. Samantha and her siblings own Declaration Fitness in Wooster and her passion for helping others has transcended into The Leaf to fuel bodies, renew spirits and be a home away from home for customers. Jason and Samantha have been married for 12 years and have two children: Brayden and Katie.

OUR GENERAL MANAGER

Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Sam moved to Ohio after graduating from Ball State University. He has over 20 years of management experience and brings an immense range of skills to the Leaf. He has been married to his wife Christy for 17 years and they have four children: Grant, Dane, Delaney, and Beau.

SHARON JOHNSON //

OUR BAR MANAGER

Sharon comes to us with many years of bartending , creative cocktail making and management experience. She has always loved to create cocktails and put her own twist on them . Sharon is a hometown girl with a big city attitude and an awesome flair for creating tasty cocktails and beverages. She always make her drinks with love! Sharon is also proud Mother & Grandma and fur baby mum.
